Utali Police Station
As part of my attachment program at the National Federation of PBOs & the Global Partnership Organization (GPO), I conducted a field visit to Utali Police Station on 20 July 2026.
The objective of the visit was to gain practical knowledge on the role of law enforcement in maintaining peace, security, and public order within the community.
During the visit, I observed the daily operations of the police station and learned about the procedures involved in receiving and handling public complaints, recording incidents, and responding to security concerns. I also gained insights into community policing initiatives and the importance of collaboration between the police and community members in crime prevention and conflict resolution.
The visit enhanced my understanding of public security management and the role of law enforcement agencies in promoting community safety and development. It also provided an opportunity to appreciate the challenges faced by police officers and the measures taken to ensure effective service delivery to the public.
