Dear all, HAPPY NEW YEAR 2026!
As we step into 2026, we do so with gratitude and a clear sense of purpose.
There’s much to look forward to this year, including but not limited to engagement with PBOs Members and stakeholders both at County, national and international levels. We remain committed to creating spaces for learning, connection, and meaningful progress across our PBOs and other sectors.
In 2026, let us all make a collective effort to continue with our manifested and shared commitment to selfless service to humanity, and the transformative power of our actions.
We moved the forward together with unity and transformative agendas as we, built bridges across our Counties, we encouraged conversations and dialogues that echoed far beyond.
The Public Benefit Organizations sector during the year 2025 demonstrated that resilience is not a passive virtue but a strategic, active, and visionary for the wellbeing of our society.
We highly appreciated the strides we achieved in the year 2025, we convened both national and county based, targeted forums and shared briefs that enabled us to reach leaders and community actors at various levels.
We led National dialogues processes at various in the year 2025, the period marked by courage, conviction, and catalytic change for the PBOs sector
From January to December 2025, we shall continue to shape our destiny we transformed hesitancy into clarity, silos into useful County networks, and legislation into meaningfully dialogues.
we shall work to Strengthen our regional and County Networks, we intend to do more this year 2026 and beyond.
We must develop a strategic Advocacy Interventions in the coming months as we purpose to enhance our efforts in this year 2026.
We shall continue to advance vital discussions on social protection, transparency, and youth participation in governance. These are not isolated efforts. They represent the beginnings of a systemic shift. They show that the public benefit sector is not merely surviving, but it is actively shaping public consciousness and influencing governance outcomes.
We remained anchored in principle and converted obstacles into strategic opportunities.
As we step into the new year 2026 and during the 1st quarter, we must remain firm and our focus must remain sharp.
We must rally behind three interlinked commitments, which are policy influence with integrity, youth integration and digital advocacy and Peacebuilding and cultural preservation.
We extend our deep appreciation to every organization across Kenya in every corner of our beloved nation,
The work our organizations, do in every field among them health, gender equality, education, environmental protection, governance, humanitarian relief, or community empowerment—continues to reaffirm the irreplaceable role of Public Benefit Organizations in shaping Kenya’s social and sustainable development landscape.
The year 2026 we hope will be a remarkable one—full of innovations, and impact to the society we diligently serve.
Despite a challenging socio-economic environment, Our PBOs (NGOs) have shown resilience, agility, and a profound sense of responsibility to the communities we serve.
Ladies and gentlemen, as we look toward 2026 and beyond, one-truth remains clear, No single entity can effectively address the complex challenges facing our society, Partnerships are no longer optional; they are indispensable, we call for partnerships—a call rooted in shared values, shared responsibility, and shared vision.
We invite both Local and international organizations we collaborate on cross-cutting programs and co-funded initiatives.
We further invite Academic institutions to collaborate with our organizations on research, innovation, and training.
We must deepen our collaborations with us in policy development, capacity building, and service delivery, development partners and donors to walk with us as we scale successful interventions and pilot new models.
Our goal is to build stronger, more inclusive, and more sustainable partnerships that enhance the impact of the PBO sector and ensure no community is left-behind.
To all our PBO Members and partners, we thank you for your unwavering trust and for championing the values that define the PBO sector—integrity, service, and compassion. We will continue to celebrate excellence among our PBOS.
Together, we can build a stronger, more equitable, and more prosperous Kenya.
May the new year 2026 mark the beginning of deeper collaborations, building broader and strong networks, and greater impact. *Happy New and Prosperous New Year 2026, *Thank you and God bless you.*
